Membership Details

KCHR offers a variety of library memberships for students, researchers, and the public.

Individual Membership

Available for students, research scholars, and the public.

  • Students (UG & PG): ₹100 admission fee, valid for 1 year.
  • Research Scholars: ₹250 admission fee with ID proof.
  • Individual: ₹500 admission fee, valid for 1 year.

Institutional Membership

Application may be made in the prescribed form available with the Library. They are required to produce a letter of introduction from the head of their organization. The head of the institution may authorize a member as his representative to operate the Institutional Membership. Fee details are given below.

Guest User

To be eligible to get the guest user membership have to get prior permission from KCHR Director, along with a reference from the higher authority of the respective institution.

Indian Nationals

Individual:: ₹500

Student (Up to PG): ₹100

Indian Institutions

Annual: ₹2000

Life Membership: ₹10000

Foreign Nationals

Annual: $30
